How long will it take for my skateboard to ship?

Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping typically takes 3-7 business days, while international shipping can take 10-21 business days depending on the destination.

What is your return policy for boards?

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused skateboards in their original packaging. Please note that custom-assembled completes may be subject to a restocking fee.

Do you offer a warranty on decks and trucks?

Yes, all Original Skateboards products come with a 90-day manufacturer warranty against structural defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage from extreme impacts.

Can I track my order once it has been placed?

Absolutely. Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery status.

Which payment methods do you accept?
