At Original Skateboards, we want to ensure you are stoked on your ride, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unused gear in its original packaging. Whether you need a different deck size or a full refund, our team is here to get you back on the pavement as quickly as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the unused skateboard or components in their original box, ensuring all protective padding is included to prevent transit damage.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
